No Money Down – Springfield Home Ownership Program (SHOP)
There are not very many ways to purchase a home without having a down payment. Two of them that I have discussed recently are the VA Guaranteed Home Loan Program and the USDA Rural Guarantee Loan Program. However, there is another no money down program available for those that qualify. It is strictly for low to moderate income first time home buyers.
